i think this will be favorite movie forever ~ :)
it's about a loyal dog named hatchi. hatci means 'number eight' in japanese. it's a very lucky number.
Hatchi has an owner which is a professor. He's old and yet going to be a grandfather *in the movie*. As everyone already know, dog can hear things although they're far away right. Hatchi can too. he can hear trains coming although his house was far away from the train station.
When hatchi hear the evening trains are coming, he'll go to the train station and wait for his owner. He did that EVERYDAY. What an amazing dog huh !
One day, his owner died. everyone was sad and same goes to hatchi. But, the weird thing is, although everyone had tell hatchi that his owner already died, every evening hatchi will still wait for his owner at the train station. It's like, he was praying and waiting for his owner to come out from the train station.
hatchi did that routine for 10 years.
yes, he waited for his owner for TEN years..
ohh Hatchi~ :'(
nobody had ever make me feel touched just like you did~
this is the real hatchi. he was in japan. and yes, this story about hatchi is real.
at japan. i think it's shibuhara train station, "real" hatchi waited there, same place same spot for his owner for 10 years. they made a statue to remember hatchi.
I cried watching this movie.. so touched by his loyalty..
